Our staff are red seal certified heavy equipment technicians with a plethora of experience from specialized areas of industry like power generation, cranes, and manlifts to general construction equipment, trucking, and automotive.  

Our staff spent years on major projects and heavy industrial sites like LNGC. With decades worth of experience in the field diagnosing and maintaining we have a depth of experience on fleet management and maintenance from running maintenance contracts in demanding conditions in major industrial ventures. This is reflected in our dedication to quality, compliance, and understanding the needs of the industry we are serving. 

As touched on before our staff has experience managing fleet operations, logistics, and maintenance in major and common industrial settings. We understand the daily realities of the fleets we support and take a big picture approach to keeping the overall venture a success by ensuring the details are managed effectively. 

Industry is categorically unsafe. We all know someone injured or killed in a workplace and from that we are dedicated to compliance. The law is the minimum expectation and we are committed to supporting and encouraging that to ensure we lead the way to an incident and injury free workplace. We also understand that is the minimum and are committed to a realistic and effective safety plan that meets the needs of the real world while meeting those minimum expectations. 

Our team has kept things running in -35C to +45C and everything in between. Rain, snow, or sun we understand the complexities weather brings and include it into our plans and operations. Unless the highways are closed and unsafe we will be there.

In a less common vein as certified technicians our staff has partaken in several WorkSafe BC investigations for equipment failures.
