Parts warranty or any warranties on products sold are made by the manufacturer, if any.
At time of parts quoting/discussion options will be presented at price points and parts warranty discussed.
We will assist in contact with the manufacturer and coordination of any if there are parts warranties from the manufacturer.
The seller, Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD. Disclaims all warranties implied or expressed on all items. Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD does not assume or authorize anyone to assume on behalf of, any liability in connection with the sales of these products.
Disclaimers
Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD. operates a fleet consisting of mostly heavy vehicles for the purposes of heavy industrial repair. By calling on our services the customer assumes all liability for demarcating shallow services, rights of way free of hazards, providing load spreading mats, and any and all ground disturbance or damages caused to ground covers like concrete or landscaping our vehicles will be needing to or expected to operate on for the purposes of our job.
Please be aware aftermarket modification of OEM components are solely the customer’s responsibility and the customer‘s responsibility to disclaim to Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD . prior to work commencing of the presence of such modifications. Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD. assumes no responsibility for damages done to aftermarket modifications to equipment while following manufacturer diagnostics and repair procedures.
Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD. Shall not be held liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages such as but not limited to:
Down time
Loss of perishable cargo
Loss of Revenue
Cost of towing
Driver‘s expenses
Loss of Vehicle
Damage to landscaping or concrete work
Ground staining
etc.
Davidson Diagnostics and Repair Ltd. Assumes no responsibility for aged, worn out, or rusted component failures during repairs. Damage caused by inattention or mechanic error is covered however rusted, old, worn components are not.
Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD. Reserves the right to photograph and document vehicles and equipment for good record keeping and transparency as part of the “Visualize Your Repairs” policy wherein customers may request to see the area and components we have worked on through these pictures taken. Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD. reserves the right to utilize any or all of these images, excepting logo bearing images without permissions granted, in our advertising and media presence.
Invoices unpaid within the payment terms are subject to a four percent per month, forty eight percent annually, interest rate for each month left unpaid from date of invoicing. Services and support, including warranty calls, will be withdrawn until overdue invoices are paid in full.
Any invoice paid then back charged or contested with a payment company, ex credit corporation, will be counted as an overdue invoice and interest will be back dated to date of invoice as if it had never been paid unless the back charge was requested in writing by Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD.
Any vehicle or equipment left on property owned or operated on by Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD. Without written agreement with the above shall incur a charge of fifty dollars per day it is left on property.
By engaging the services of Davidson Diagnostics and Repair LTD. The customer, individual or corporation's authority, agrees to the terms of all warranties and disclaimers at time of callout and an email will be issued explaining as such directly to the point of contact who is liable for our time and merchandise.
