• All charges are hourly for service plus applicable taxes. 
• No hidden environmental, callout, service truck, mileage, or fuel surcharge fees.
• 0600-1800PST 2 hour minimum charge. 
• 1800-0600PST 4 hour minimum charge. 
• Component disposal fees may apply.  Ex: refrigerant contaminated components.
• Hazardous Environment Surcharge may apply for high danger areas like confined spaces or high hazard areas where specialist equipment like breathing apparatus is needed. This is invested directly into employee health and safety benefit and extended insurance policies.
• If you have a personal automotive vehicle adjustments will apply. Please review that tab for more info.
• Payment methods include Square invoice, cash, e-transfer. Whatever is easiest.

Maintenance contracts are a diverse solution to your needs. This is a completely negotiated support tailored to fit your needs and budget. A one off solution to your unique needs. 

These contracts can take many forms from regular required inspections like annuals/NDTs, regular or planned servicing, yearly or monthly "check ups" to ensure equipment is safe to satisfy and exceed WorkSafe BC expectations. Have rental equipment and want an unbiased pre-return inspection and repairs? Plan it with us in advance! Wanting priority service for a critical window? We can do that.

We can tailor a plan to support your operations whether a crew is in our area and needs their equipment looked after, you have a fleet that runs during the week and want weekend greasing/maintenance, dedicated block time for whatever your crews need. Any repeat needs we can negotiate a plan for you.

Maintenance Contracts  come with the added benefit of access to the "Build Your Account" Program with dealers. 

If you buy through a dealer regularly then you know they track your total money spent and will work harder to gain more of your business in a variety of ways from waived costs like shipping, discounts, free trials, etc. One of the best ways to do this is through parts and components. Maintenance Contracts with us may be negotiated with the "Build Your Account" program as part of your contract.
